The Walker Legal Group (WLG) is headquartered in the U.S. Virgin Islands, with an office in the historical town of Christiansted, St. Croix. WLG handles diverse civil litigation, criminal defense, and business transactions encompassing the following areas:

Appellate Law

The Firm handles appeals from administrative agencies, the magistrate division and trial division of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, and federal courts including appeals to the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Criminal Defense

No matter the charges and allegations against you, WLG is committed to providing an aggressive defense and achieving the best possible outcome.  The Firm has successfully defended major criminal cases in both the local and federal courts and obtained not guilty verdicts, pleas to reduced charges, and outright dismissals.

Personal Injury

The Firm's personal injury practice ranges from prosecuting and defending claims of bodily injury, property damage, and civil rights violations.

Administrative Law

The Firm represents clients in various administrative tribunals in the Virgin Islands.  The WLG Legal Team has successfully represented clients before the Public Employees Relations Board, the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, and the Peace Officer Standards and Training Council.

Family Law

WLG handles all aspects of your family law needs, including drafting legal separation agreements and prenuptial and post nuptial agreements.  The WLG Legal Team negotiates and litigates matters related to divorce, custody, distribution of real and personal property, guardianship, and probate to achieve the best outcome for you and your family.

Business Transactions and Commercial Litigation

WLG handles a range of business transactions, including those between businesses, businesses and individuals, and businesses and Government.  We partner with our client to arrive at the soundest business decisions.  We also work with client to resolve business disputes, whether at the negotiation table or in the courtroom.
